Yogurtini Self-Serve — Local services in Surprise

My family loves getting the treat of Yogurtini! I give a little less stars only because I feel like there aren’t new flavors as much as there used to be. We really liked the blueberry they had and it went away, so we figured it was seasonal. It hasn’t been back for well over a year now, and I feel like I mostly see the same flavors each time we go in. We have new favorites now, but it would be great to see a few of the machines with different flavors more often. Maybe it’s under different ownership and that’s why they don’t change anymore, I’m not entirely certain. We miss blueberry!

Update: 4/10/24 Tonight I had 1/2 Birthday Cake and 1/2 Chocolate (my go-to mix) and something was off about the chocolate. I couldn’t even eat it. I separated the 2 flavors as much as I could and ate the Birthday Cake side. My son also couldn’t eat his because he said it tasted strange too. It almost seemed like it had gone bad or something. I’ll have to start sampling the flavors before leaving. It’s too expensive to not be able to consume what you paid for. Hopefully this is a one-off situation. I will update if anything odd...

We never had anything bad to say about this place for the 2 years of going here, but tonight has really change my mind. We always go to $5 fill up and never had to show anything just mentioned that we saw the post or ad. Well tonight I let the gal know at the register that we are here for the $5 fill up. She rang us up and as i was walking out the door look at my receipt saw we were charged $20 and some change for my 3 cups. I went back and ask the gal again she told be only if we show the fb post or add. So i brought up the fb post and showed her. She started to do a refund of the 5 dollars they over charged. She needed to get help and before i knew it there was 5 employees and one on the phone trying to figure out the refund. At this point i am just kinda blown away because as all of this is going on the other cashier is ringing up customers that was not showing anything to her and was getting the promotion. I decided to just say never mind this is not worth it. I just kinda laugh it off on how poor their customers service is and just will no long do business with...

We love using this place for daddy-daughter or mommy-daughter date nights and playing board games. We are so appreciative of the inexpensive simple fun night out. However, I was just at the Bell location with my 2 young daughters and I felt really uncomfortable with the music. It was very innapropraite for what I would consider a family- friendly place. Most of the song were about women shaking it, dropping it low, bending over. I kept thinking the music would get better, but it didnt. It seemed to be a theme of women shaking their behinds which is very uncomfortable with my 2 young children. Later another song came on about getting drunk and getting high. The music was blaring loud with very sexualize lyrics and I felt more like a club then an appropriate light-hearted place for families and children. We ended up moving outside. Which was reprieve, but when summer hits it would be a be inconvenience for those avoiding the perverse music. I would appreciate any efforts to do switch the music to something...
