T.J. Maxx — Local services in Surprise

This store which opened last month is well organized and almost well stocked. Their associates are very polite and friendly. The ladies' bags are categorized by colors and specific brand names, which are easy to find. They have a lot of brand-name bags, clothes, and shoes which are reasonable price and some are almost marked down. They have a very nice selection of jewelry and accessories, which one can't find at Ross. They don't have a lot of plus sizes for men and women, which I think they don't have enough space to put up more clothes racks. The regular sizes of clothes and shoes for men and women are almost well stocked. Kids' clothes and toys have a lot to choose from. I noticed that toys shelves aren't many, which may have been the reason why shelves looked so crowded and some shoppers would say it looks disorganized. There are more toys than shelves to display them. The Surprise TJ Maxx store is one of the smallest TJ Maxx stores I've been. It is understandable if there aren't a lot of plus-size clothes for men or women, and other stuff that you see in all other bigger TJ...

Rose the Cashier at this T.J.Maxx in Surprise, AZ is just a wonderful lady. I have spent a lot of time and money at TJ.Maxx & Homegoods in the past 18 years. Since the new location in Surprise, AZ opened I have made 2 trips a week into these 2 stores. Rose was one of the most memorable sale associates I have encountered in 18 years. She was kind, helpful, warm, friendly. I was Christmas shopping late at night on Dec. 12th for multiple people and found more than I thought. She brought me a bigger shopping cart in exchange for my small one, she did multiple transactions (2 purchase transactions and a return) I needed for separate purchases and people on my shopping list and she was so friendly even at 10pm (understanding my situation as a busy / working mom that was the only time I could get a good amount of my shopping done). I truly hope Rose is being paid what she deserves because she is one of 2 sales associates in all of Arizona that have made my 2023 Christmas shopping experience memorable and a joy. I went to this store with my sister and I don’t really go out to stores like this anymore most of my time I’m busy working and when I do go to these stores it’s like retail therapy for me, my sister and I were shopping looking at things just regular girl stuff and out of nowhere I just here someone being really loud and rude and ofc it catches my attention because well you’re being loud how am I not gonna hear you I turn around and it was the manager speaking to an employee and I get having to be strict but coming to the same person and are like 3 times and being telling them what to do in a rude way I mean we would go to a different section of the store and could still hear her so this lady Nicole was her name she was just loud rude and we couldn’t really enjoy our time every time I heard it saw her I felt like I couldn’t breath anyway I just wanted to let people know...
