My family came here to this store today. We spent $250 on 2 pieces of furniture. While waiting for my son to bring our truck to the front (Aprox 1-2 minutes) we sat on the plastic covered patio chair on display out front. A “manager” yelled at us very loudly stating “absolutely not! Can’t lounge on my chairs get up now.” We politely abided and stood instantly and less than 10 seconds later my son pulled up we loaded and left. I love home goods we have spent a lot of money at this store - we had actually considered purchasing the same patio we had sat on briefly-it will be hard to shop here again I’m disappointed a “manager” felt the need to be so disrespectful fair enough if she didn’t want us to sit but she should’ve been more professional about asking us vs yelling it across the way for...

Went to Home Goods to purchase bathroom mirrors and they had one we wanted to purchase but we need 3 of the same style. They do not reorder but carry and sell just what they get in. They do not have the ability to check other Home Goods stores since we're told their stores do not have the ability to check other stores inventory. We were informed that we would have to call other Home Goods stores and give the product code to see if they had the item in their store. I'm the customer and it should not be my job to search for an item in their stores. I guess my search will be either online or at a bigger chain store where inventories can be checked within...
