My wife and I went to mattress firm at Prasada to replace our old one. We met Peter and he showed us all the various mattresses from beauty rest and Tempur-pedic. He spent a very generous amount of time showing us all the different Tempur-pedic and beauty rest mattresses in different sizes and firmness levels and all the bases and how they worked. How to work the remotes and explained the discounts for each model. We felt like we had a fairly good Understanding of what we wanted and needed by the time we had left the store. Went in to buy 2 twins for our boys. Ended up with twins and a new king and adjustable frame for us. Wasn’t the original plan. We had the pleasure of working with Pete. He was very knowledgeable about the product, which is a definite plus, but he was also very thorough. Making sure all info was accurate prior to the sale ensuring no issues with delivery.
