I used to love this store. Unfortunately, I visited this store today. This is my 3rd time visiting this store to purchase some beauty supplies. I purchased 4 makeup utensils. I started leaving out the store. A bell rang when I was leaving out. I continued walking because I thought maybe they have a new bell when clients are leaving. I was unsure what it was honestly. One of the workers busted out the door asking to see my bag. I said sure. I walked back in the store and I let them look through the bag of stuff I purchased from them. They gave me the bag back I continued to leave. Then the bell rang again when I was leaving out. They asked to see my bag for the 2nd time. I said no problem but was puzzled because they just looked through it. Then they told me I could leave for the 3rd time. I continued to leave, the bell rang again. They asked to see my purse I said of course! I could dump it if you like because I have nothing to hide. They looked through my purse. I walked out the door for the 4th time and the bell didn’t ring. 1st off I understand wanting to protect your business and but making me walk in and out the door 3 times and checking my bags 3 times was obsessive. I was truly embarrassed and felt highly upset. Especially with them knowing I’m a consistent customer, yes they know because they keep a rewards system of how many times you purchase their products. I shopped at this location 08/23/2022, I spent over $120.00 no problems. I purchased some foam wrapping lotion I used before. once I came home I used the product. It came out watery vs. foamy. Luckily I had a little in my house. I returned the product the next day 08/24/2022 for an EXCHANGE. I started shopping again, picking up more product. (side bar as I was shopping a sales associate asked me the reason for returning the product with an receipt). She reported my answer to an Asian Woman. I continued to shop. I had Protein treatment for $18.00 and a different band of styling foam. The cashier asked the reason for me returning the product. I explained again, she indicated let me ask because I will get in trouble. She returned explaining she can return this BUT ONLY this one time. We do not except returns on chemical products. I indicated this is not chemical, I said okay. Let the Owner know she just lost a Good Customer. I stated I change my mind about this Protein product. I'm not going to spend another dime her. I had $6.00 in points, I used every point. I wish I could return EVERYTHING, but guess what that's the last money she will receive from me. I'm telling my family...

Love the Beauty Depot! They have everything I needed! The staff is friendly and helpful without being overbearing and stalkerish like most beauty supply stores and they have a discount system, for every dollar you spend you accrue I believe 10cents - don't quote me on this). The only thing I didn't like is you have to pay a dollar to take part in the discount program. I felt that was very unnecessary because if your service good and you carry great products at a competitive price your customers will appreciate you by patronizing your establishment again and again.
