David Hernández was amazing ... Very hard to find Great people with amazing and superb customer service nowadays in the younger demographics... David has excellent selling skills and i know since i work for a Developer in the state of Florida selling from $200k to $$6 million dollar apart . You have to have a special skill ability and use your psychology in order to read your client.... David has it is in his DNA... Soft spoken too very knowledgeable with all ATT offers and products ....He was sooo GOOD and Great and his presentation that i changed from Comcast to Att internet and CableTv...Also Viviana very well mannered soft spoken excellent customer skills and selling too... They know the internet they know how cell works they are fast and made easier our experience ... These milenials are our future .. I urge Att to help them to grow by rewarding and acknowledging kids like them with money / scholarships so that they can pursue a career at a college and university....Att should retain people like them... i went to the one store in Aventura off Biscayne blvd by Fresh market completely useless people there ... their behavior was like do not bother me Glad that i went to the one in DORAL by 107 av..

Read moreI initially went to the location on Flagler in the WalMart shopping plaza. I normally don’t write these types of reviews but what a horrible experience that was, we were blatantly ignored from the moment we got in there for about 25 minutes. I can go into detail about the experience but screw them.
This location however, next to the Wells Fargo on 107th ave, these two guys were great (Sorry boys, I don’t have your names ready at the time of writing this). I came in close to them closing and explained my issue in detail with the previous location and apologized for coming so close to their close time on a Sunday. These boys were kind, courteous, and very professional through the entire process. I was bringing over several tablets and phones from another service provider and although it took some time well after the store had closed, they never changed their professionalism, and were genuinely eager to help us out.
The Flagler location is hit or miss, but if you do go to that one, hit up Hector. He was the reason I went there to begin with. Unfortunately he was not there, I found out 25 minutes after asking politely if...
Read moreI bought a plan and an iphone 12 cell phone in this store on November 09, the seller when I was selling the plan told me that I didn't have the phone at the time but that I would order it and that it would arrive as soon as possible in two weeks. Two weeks had passed and I contacted the store, manager and salesperson every day they said it was scheduled to arrive between 23 November and 1 December. Today, December 1st, I called the store, an employee answered me and said the phone was there so I could get it. When I arrived at the store, they opened a phone and said it was not mine, nor did they know how to give me a satisfaction of what had happened and one because I had not ordered the phone, so I asked him to cancel it, because I no longer I could wait more than a month for a phone. I still asked twice why and they didn't know how to answer me, they just agreed to cancel it saying it was the best thing I could do at the moment.
