If you want to have your car towed because they don't like how you are parked and even thought you have a parking sticker for the mobil home that they make you pay 50 dollars per car for if you have more than the cars than stickers they assign you, then this is the perfect place for you. If you have more then three cars in the words of one of the workers "not their problem, this place is only for a few people". Every year the plot prices increase but i don't see any benefits. They removed our mailboxes from in front of our trailers and moved it to were the office is which is an inconvenience sense the most of the people who live here are elderly and have to travel on foot to get their mail. At the moment i regret having bought a trailer here. Do yourself a favor and done even look to buy here
