It literally looked and felt like I just walked into the apocalypse. Shelves were bare items all over the floor floor was filthy. Other boxes stacked in front of almost every shelf to the point where you could not even take a buggy through more than 2 aisle , yet alone the whole store. I had to leave my buggy. Nothing was located where it should be. It was literally an obstacle course! I came to this store since an item in my area and the surrounding area were out of stock online-it said it was in stock at this store! I got here, were zero instock ! They also did not carry half of the items except my local stores have, or maybe it's just because you couldn't find them. I can imagine how these employees feel! Cart after Cart inventory piled to the ceiling! Consistent line. Numerous people are asking where an item is, including myself. They were polite-they gave me their best educated guess. I had a bad experience. They charged an incorrect price on an item. I told the gentleman I will take it and come back and have the manager adjust it. Never once was I nasty or gave them a hard time. The manager Erica, instead of assisting she kept making false statements about me and judging me because someone offered to pay. I did not need help paying. It was the principle.
