I have had the ongoing pleasure of working with the Sylva Farm Bureau and their agent, Julie Hodgin, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience.

I have had insurance with these people for quite a few years now and we go through a hardship in our family my daughter dies, and my mom she went through losing her loved one and forgot to pay the insurance so they drop me in immediately send in a notification to the DMV who sends me a letter in the mail that I owe a $50 civil penalty fee now and that was after I paid the insurance when my mom realized it wasn’t paid. By far the most unprofessional insurance representative who is determined to not solve any issues but happy to oblige them. Got into a car accident and could not reach anyone. When I left a VM, I was merely texted back. Noone followed up, checked in on the claim or did any of the filing. 100% would recommend if you want to be disappointed and have no value in customer support...
