I scheduled two meetings with them via phone to discuss wedding florals. The first meeting I scheduled, no one called me. I sent two emails during the time of which the meeting was supposed to take place, asking if someone was taking my meeting. I didn’t hear back until I emailed a third time days later. They apologized and said there was a miscommunication regarding who was taking my meeting, and that I could use their scheduler to schedule another meeting. I understand mistakes happen, so I tried not to let it impact my opinion, and I scheduled a second meeting. The second meeting time came and passed — I sent an email asking if someone was coming to my appointment, and no one ever followed up with me again. If someone can’t do a simple task of calling me or following up with me, I don’t know why I would trust them with $6000 to do my wedding florals. Only giving two stars because I have no way gauging how their actual floral product looks. Truly disappointed by a company that was recommended...

On Saturday January 25, 2025 I called Hafner Florist to see if by chance they would have a flower native to Africa, particularly a Protea. My granddaughter was worked on her school international project. Her country was South Sudan, Africa. She tried to locate one in Findlay where she lives with no luck. I spoke to a delightful young lady, Audrey, who told me she had 1 left in the shop-talk about a God wink! We were thrilled! Told I would be there in 10 minutes. She wrapped it for us, wrote a description and history of the flower for my granddaughter and how to care for to so it will last forever! Amazing! It was the finishing touch to her project table presentation! Thank you Hafner Florist!!!! You never fail and always go beyond my expectations!!!! Just wanted to drop a quick line to say THANK YOU!!! Myself, my wife and our daughter popped in earlier this morning to get some flowers for our daughters Great Grandma’s Birthday 🥳 The girl that helped us was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! She let our two-year-old walk into the cooler and pick up what flowers she wanted (she was so helpful) and then she put together the most beautiful arrangement!!! A few moments later another girl came out from the back and brought our daughter a balloon!! (she was AMAZING as well) ❤️❤️❤️
