The good: The building is super nice. Selection is good. Prices are fair. Free water and coffee.

The bad: The first few times I came their loyalty point system didn’t register the $300+ I spent. The customer service lacks with certain employees… the bigger guy (not the owner) was quick to kick everyone out at 9pm no exceptions. I was watching a tigers game while smoking multiple cigars and had less then 2 outs to go to finish the final inning. He refused to let me or two guys that he let buy cigars at 830 finish the game. They only got to smoke 1/4th of their cigar cause he didn’t tell them they were going to close soon when selling to them. Every other shop it the Toledo area would be happy to let us stay that last 10 min or so to finish it. La casa and port royal are definitely the shops to go for more of a personal and...
