We walked this park last year and were surprised what a nice little park it was....so quiet and serene. We walked the boardwalk and the trails. Also saw some deer,. which we love to see. Just today we walked the park and we were so disappointed at how it has become neglected. The boardwalk we walked last year you could not find it...it was overgrown with weeds and branches.....so sad. The spot where there is a picnic area and across from it another picnic table with a roof over it was surrounded with weeds and overhanging tree branches which was not suitable for sitting there. It really needs a lot of maintenance. It is not taken care of as it should be. A diamond in the ruff for the City of Sylvania wasting away under neglect.
