Don't order from a third party they'll make excuses and say it's out of their hands. But I had six different delivery people yesterday

Took almost 2 hours

One finally allegedly picked the food up after they closed and then dropped it off but they didn't

I never got an order and the "photo" of my "food" was just a blank black pic!!! All black. No orders left at the door.

Clearly this is a shady place to deal with, that is highly suspicious

I even told them about this and they took zero responsibility, said when it's on a third party it's out of their hands. Real poor customer service. Then take yourself off of the platforms if you refuse to take those orders

Or they should have canceled my order...

I ordered a large, thin crust pizza with extra mushrooms. The pizza was "ok," but the mushrooms seemed real, not canned, which I definitely appreciated. Thank you.

The problem was that I didn't get double mushrooms. There was no complimentary garlic butter, and when I ordered four of them, he said they were $1 each because of inflation. I never asked him why. I didn't care why, and was a stupid thing to say. If you already KNOW you're charging too much for a 2oz sufflee container of melted butter, THEN JUST DON'T DO IT!!!

Girl who answers phone was RUDE from the beginning, like an inconvenience. I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza, she was aware by the notes and comments under my order, that I was wanting a different pizza. She continued to tell me I was wrong, she reread it and all that. I agree I was wrong, but she was being nasty to me, not truly understanding her anger behind it. I feel bad for the staff that works with her. She was clearly upset that I called to even question it and now stuck with a pizza I physically can’t eat nor did she care. Awful customer service.
