If you value integrity in the companies that you give your hard earned money to, DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. You will be lucky to receive your CORRECT order in a timely fashion without begging for it. If they happen to deliver a damaged product, don’t hold your breath that they will make it right! We are going on 9 months of fighting to get our refrigerator door replaced. It was delivered NEW with 3 dents in the door! Customer service is zero at this point. They will no longer even return my phone calls. The Better Business Bureau contacted them on my behalf, and they wouldn’t cooperate with them either. Apparently taking advantage of aging people is high on their priority list.
UPDATE: This is an update to my original review from January below. We finally got the correct dishwasher on January 18th. They also allowed us to exchange our washer and dryer. The new set was supposed to arrive in March, but didn’t come until the end of April. The dents in the refrigerator door HAVE NOT been fixed yet. It has been since the end of December. They tell you what you want to hear, but are lacking in the follow through. They are not even returning my calls as promised.
We ordered all kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer in October. We were given a 3 week timeframe for delivery. In mid December I attempted to cancel the order twice. That is when all appliances were located. They finally delivered them in two separate deliveries on December 27. The microwave and dishwasher were not installed that day because they needed a different crew. The refrigerator was delivered with 3 dents in the door and still has not been rectified. When they came back to install the dishwasher and microwave, it was the wrong dishwasher. It has been 2 days since then, and I had to reach out to them to find out what was happening with it. Read moreHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I purchased a refrigerator, a wine fridge and washer and dryer. At the time of purchase they stated the wine fridge was for under the counter (built in). Once I got it home it specifically stated it was a free standing unit. On delivery day the installers stated the dryer did not come with all the parts so it could not be installed and I would need to call the store. I went ahead and continued to call for four days straight with no luck getting anyone to return my calls. I myself went ahead and installed the dryer as there were enough parts to install it, however when I went to run the dryer it made horrific noises. The next day I drove to the store to address the many issues. They stated I, personally could bring the the dryer back that day and they would give me a new one. I requested they bring me a new dryer the next day and pick up the old one. They stated they would and would text me when the new dryer left the store. Late afternoon after I took a day off work waiting for them to deliver the dryer I reached to get an ETA. They told me it would have to be the following day as their truck wasn’t working. The store manager was extremely rude on the phone and again told me I had the option of hauling the old dryer out of my basement myself and returning it but he wasn’t coming till the next day, and when I asked to speak to his manager he stated they don’t give that information out (I can see why). I went ahead and loaded a dryer by myself and brought it to the store. Upon arrival I didn’t even receive an apology til the very end and it wasn’t sincere and acted like refunding the delivery charges was a gift to me to make it right. Read moreI will never buy from this place again. We ordered a new stove and microwave on August 12th 2020. Those had to be ordered. We also bought a new fridge and dishwasher and 2 mattresses the same day. So probably around 5k in one day. After several weeks of getting the run around finally told Friday Sept 25th that the stove had been discontinued. They said they would give us the new model and it was actually 125 cheaper. I said great. I'll pick it up Monday evening. That would have been Sept 28th. I called on my way to their warehouse, which is not really close to my house, and they said fine. 10 minutes away and they called me. Sorry the warehouse closed at 5. So I told them last chance since it's been an ordeal already. Have it at their store Friday, today Oct 2nd, 2020. So I get to the store and the salesman is off. He's the one that planned for today. I told the other salesman I was there to pick up my stuff. They tried to give me a scratch and dent stove. The side was full of dents and the porcelain was chipped on the top. I refused the stove and the microwave. I did get loud but after all the run around I was pretty upset. In all fairness, the younger salesman tried to calm me down. It didn't work. They refunded my bank card but I can't access the money for 5-15 days. So 2 full months and still no stove. And, I tried to get the number for corporate and I was told the store manager gets the calls.
