Update: 4/26/24: my wife and I regularly go here. Love the food. I get a taco salad but we have noticed the portion size decreasing yet not the price. My $15 bowl was 1/2 size of Chipotle. Although good, it’s hardly satisfying. My wife tonight got side of caso sauce for the chips that was a tiny bowl like something for feeding a kitten and it was $6.00. I don’t understand why. Can’t complain. Our waiter never came back. Finally asked the manager for our bill after waiting a 1/2 for someone to come. He dropped it off. Busy I suppose so I paid at the register. I told the nice young girl at the register when she asked how everything was the truth in a kind but honest manner. The reality of our bad dinner experience and she said something like “oh, ok.” Couldn’t really hear her as she was rushing to take care of other guests. Just really disappointed. I Came here about a week ago & I was very impressed, but I was also not impressed. Chrissy sat my family and I at my table & the red hair girl was my server. Both ladies were fantastic people & if I could take them to work with me I would. I came on a busy day, and got seated with no silverware, & there was many dirty tables around me. The hostess was sitting on her phone instead of helping out her coworkers clean tables or roll silverware. The food was great although one thing did come out wrong and I asked to speak to a manager. However, I saw no manager on the floor unless it was the guy sitting in the corner? Not sure. If that was him maybe he should be more focused on the fruit flys (gross) I had to swat away from me while I was eating, rather than sitting there teaming up with another server bossing the others around when it seems to me that they know what they are doing. Do NOT go here. Would give 0 stars if I could. We are regulars at another location but the Montgomery one happens to be closer when on way home. Repeatedly screw up carry out orders (3rd time in about 1 1/2 yrs). Called as soon as got home to discover wrong meal AGAIN. Put on hold. Told to call back later. Never given any answers and even hung up on. All I wanted was a credit returned to my card for the wrong meal. This seems to be their pattern - avoid and never remedy their mistake. Nothing fixed and told me to come back in (keeping in mind, I’m 12-15 minutes away) or get credit there for next time. Nope - won’t be a next time. Beyond frustrated. Horrible customer service and can’t seem to get an online order correct. AVOID Montgomery location at all costs unless you want to be disappointed and waste your money.
