Painted Tree Boutiques - Cincinnati — Local services in Symmes Township

The painted tree is a really cute small business Shopping center. Lots of different things to shop for. So much cute stuff here. Will have to go back. My best friend rents a shelf here in the back and we have another friend who rents a booth. The business needs to do more advertising of their vendors like other painted tree locations do. Rent prices are a bit steep as well. My best friend barely covers her rent each month so she's basically making stuff for free. My mother and I want to a sip and shop event here once which was great. They had all kinds of free snacks as well as free alcohol drinks or punch and water. It was fun. Would love to see more events like this there. Booths are not supposed to resell items. It should be all hand crafted items. More and more of these booths are opening up and reselling cheap stuff from temu and aliexpress. Those vendors should be kicked out. The place is such a unique shopping experience. Beautiful handcrafted items by local vendors. My first trip I purchased a beautiful bracelet and an embellished I phone charger. I loved them both. Upon checking out I was informed their return policy was two days. All was well until 4 days later, the charger stopped working. I took it back with my receipt and asked for a new one or a refund. They told me they were unable to do anything for me! I explained that it was faulty and did not work. They refused to do anything to assist me at all. I was only out $15 so no big deal. What if I had purchased and expensive item of clothing or craft that for some reason fell apart? Just keep in mind when you shop at their boutique, it is at your own risk and under no circumstances will you ever receive a refund of the money you spent. So me and my sister went shopping here for over a hour we both had at least $60 worth of stuff we didn’t know what time they closed and had no idea of knowing because instead of saying over a intercom or nicely saying to customers that they’re about to close they just shut all the lights off so we walk up to the front realizing they are closing and we rudely got told that the registers got shut down and we can’t get rung out so then I look up what time they close and it says 8pm and I look at the time and it was 8pm exactly that we were at the register the store is very cool but terrible customer service and I will be calling to speak to a manger over our wasted time and rude encounter Edit to response - Not sure how to reach out directly besides a call...
