This is a great T.J. Maxx, located in Harper's Station. They have a large selection of handbags, including designer brands (Michael Kors, Cynthia Rowley). Women's shoes are priced fairly well and the selection is decent, although it's hit and miss for me finding what I like in my size and for my price. It's the same with women's clothing. I've shopped here for years and have purchased items from just about every department.
I always check out their furniture section. There are deals to be had, you just have to be able to get it home. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the restrooms are nasty. It is otherwise a well run store and has been consistently one of my favorite T.J. Maxx stores for many years. They stay pretty busy and check out lines can be long, but there are generally 6-10 cash registers open so it moves quickly and any long waits have to do more with the customers holding up the transactions and not the cashiers. She looked suspicious and asked me why my mom just could not come here herself and just get what she wanted?! OMG, that was so rude and definitely not her business. I was nice enough not to tell her that. Otherwise, I love shopping...
Read moreIf you're deaf or severely hearing impaired, don't bother coming here. Some of the rudest, most impatient and intolerant employees I've come across, and for as long as I've struggled with understanding what others are saying, I have pretty much seen it all. There's one middle aged to older lady with darker hair that I see manage the dressing rooms sometimes and she's super nice and I've always liked seeing her, but besides that, their employees' standards for customer service and general everyday manners needs a serious...
