I do NOT recommend shopping here. I went into the store to spend a good amount of money ($700). Spent two hours looking/bringing everything up to the front. Some stuff I wanted to get; 90's Star Trek figures (that was about 70% of the stuff I wanted), some $3 POPs, and a few other figures. Keep in mind, everything that I wanted was caked in dust, so it had been sitting AWHILE. I asked the owner if he would do $700 for everything I wanted. Instead of haggling, he spent 10 minutes ringing everything up. The total came out to be $850. So I said would you do $700 (Star Trek figures don't move/sell, the other stuff had damage to the box or item, a few things were missing pieces), thats what you do in a secondhand shop, haggl. Instead of haggling, he just removed items from my order to drop the price down. He said unless he has known me for years, he wasn't going to work with me. I then point out that this stuff has been here for years, the damages and I have $700 in cash TODAY to buy. He didn't want to sell. Well, I'm not in the habit of over paying (I checked what everything was selling for online. The stuff I wanted sells for about $740. So if he sold everything online, paid fees/shipping/shipping material, he would only clear between $400-$500). So I made him a very fair offer. Add to that, when I tried to be nice and put the stuff back where I found it, he told me to stop. If you want to over pay, look at dust/dirt covered items, then this place is for you! If you want fair deals, friendly staff, and clean items, then shop at Hyper Sonic Games and Toys in Lakewood WA or The Toy Stable in Parkland WA (soon to be Spanaway WA, new store opens April 3rd). Now, there is one nice thing I can say about this place: The owner was VERY friendly. He wasn't mean, rude, or hateful. If anything, he was over friendly, lol. He was cool with my daughter being there (she is 5 years old) and even took time out to come show her a toy cause, in his words "your dads taking...

Been 4 or 5 times now, will not go again. I've always bought something there, a couple of times at well over 100 dollars. He's haggled with me a couple times, but not very much and always with a lot of snide comments. Today, I found a figure I wanted for 150. It was a good price and he threw in a 99 cent fire truck that my son had picked up. I also found two other items that I wanted to purchase and asked to knock 2 bux off of 14. So in total, I was asking him to come down 3 dollars off of 165. If it were any other second hand store, I'd have offered a lower amount but knew from previous experiences not to push it. For the crime of asking for 1.8 % off, I was ridiculed and asked why he should. I replied with "because of my repeat business". He replied, "yeah, every six months". He yelled out hallelujah as I was walking towards the exit. Let me give you a word of advice a$$X0!&, learn how to just say "NO". I would've bought the stuff anyways. But instead you acted like a child having a temper tantrum. If you don't want people to bargain with you, it would be wise to have a clearly marked sign saying prices are firm. Has gotta be one of my favorite shops ever! All sorts of pop culture from TMNT to Star Wars and hell even Anime and Nintendo? Even had consoles that I was all over??

This place is PACKED FULL of some awesome stuff! Ended up buying a stack of manga for $18, about a buck each volume! Yeah, the prices are not only fair but also like way under what other stores sell them for!

I notice in the reviews some people mention the owner is a bit snappy and sarcastic and you know what I like it! Especially when your being a little annoying like me (asked to look at a no touch item twice and had her pull consoles from the back I didn't even buy it I am so sorry)

The owner is awesome (also she has a cat!) and the whole place is awesome, 110% recommend at least...
