I have always liked metro and decided to go back to them after a while the woman that helped me lied the whole time took it upon her self to give me the bundle and all I wanted was 2 phones. My husband asked about the enternet box they had and she told him hes done getting it all I wanted was 2 phones and she already had it all rung up then she kept pushing for a certain phone till I said I waned them and she have me different phone and told me after I paid that there just as good when I made a complaint about her the guy told me that there out of the phones I wanted and all the stores haven't had them for awhile. So I have no clue why she kept pushing me to those if she knew they didn't have them. And she said she would give me screen protectors I said ok cause I wasn't going to buy them because I don't like them, but she charged me for them. And plus there was 4 more things that she did and lied about it. Its ridiculous of her ethics and costumer service at the store. I'm going back to the company I was useing and will never ever use Metro again. Till I know she's is no longer working there. She was so bad I don't even want to go to the other Metro stores. And I will pass this along because customers work hard for there money they shouldn't have to deal with someone like that! Her name is Candy.......it's been a few months sence this review I went back to tmoble its a great company no hassles no pushing and my bill stays the same its totally not like the lies metro pc pushes to try to avoid people going to t moble. That's sorry when a sister company does that....
   Read moreI am giving the 4 stars based upon the company's customer service. I came over from Cricket because there was no easy way to upgrade our phones without spending a lot of money, so I transferred to MetroPCS and was able to get new phones for free. There were some fees, but still cheaper in the long run. Additionally, I love the extra Hotspot data that was given during the beginning of the Pandemic. I ended up watching the news a lot, so it was very much appreciated!!!
I have now added tablets to our plan for schooling. So far, so good. The price was right!
The 5th star wasn't given because the store states that customers and employees must wear masks. A customer was in front of me, without a mask. The employees weren't wearing, or weren't wearing properly. I was and it was bothersome that they weren't.

I told Miles what I would like and she was happy to assist in every aspect of this, which wasn't an easy and quick task for her to do. HOWEVER, She did it with a smile, great attitude, and I actually enjoyed it. It took quite some time to accomplish, but I left completely satisfied and I will give her ( on a scale of 1 --10) a 10+! She exceeded her abilities and responsibilities, that aren't that easy in my case. Also that day Edgar happened to be there working and he, was very quick to help her in any question she had so the two of these people I give them both a rating of 10! I also am happy to refer anyone I know to go and experience Tahlequah Oklahoma Metro by T-Mobile. Job very well done Ms. MILES. Happy...
