Twice I've been there. 1st time, 4-5 people behind 1 counter. I wanted to look at a few rifles and 1 person begrudgingly got up, handed me a rifle and walked back to the other counter. 2nd time today, 1 person behind the counter, I was very interested in some guns, but a guy came in with an item to pawn, didn't get the $30 he wanted, but continued to be a priority over me who was there first and would have probably spent several hundred dollars. Was calling to get some information over the phone and the guy that answered was extremely rude. He claims I was calling back to back but for me it went straight to voicemail so therefore I did not know it was an inconvenience to even make a call there.
