Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tahlequah

I would keep it at five stars except when I went to order on the app, I had to login, which included going to my email, because they don't have password anymore... Then I went on to order..... It wouldn't honor the promo code inside the app, But by that time I had gone to the restaurant and come in.... because I was confused. I ordered three of the same thing and customized it and it only customized one. Tell me how that works! 1 I finally get to where I can check out, and it doesn't have my credit card information on there anymore..!.. So I had to re enter that. .. No actually it wouldn't let me reenter that. I had to use Google pay.. Then I sat in the restaurant and had to wait for 10 minutes.

They were severely understaffed too. The manager was nice but they were severely understaffed.

What was a simple and very fast ordering process on the app.. where I could just swing to the drive-thru and pick it up.... Turned into a 30 minute...

It was terrible. Every table was dirty. Floors were not swept. When my husband got our food, he told them not one clean table. A male teenager was asked to clean tables. He got three napkins and lightly dusted three tables but stood at the second one staring at it for two minutes, then wet his finger to pick at something on the table. Tables he dusted with dry napkins were still dirty. As I was leaving, my husband pointed out all the window sills had about 15 dead flies, and three flies kept flying around us when trying to eat. As we left, we noticed a child’s high chair was extremely dirty and still had food crumbs in the chair. I took pictures of everything and will be reporting it to the Taco Bell headquarters. With dinning are looking like this, I’m afraid what the back in cooking station might look like or the bathrooms. We will never...

Don't eat here the food is trash and the service sucks!!! Our crunch wraps just had lettuce and some cheese in them even though I paid for steak. I Ordered online pickup, they messed our order up forgot 2 drinks & the food was pretty much just tortilla & lettuce with some cheese. I called to talk to the manager waited on hold & when she finally came to the phone ( heard her & the employee that answered the phone talking crap about me in the background) she had a really bad attitude, I told her I just paid $60 & our food was terrible pretty much just lettuce and tortilla with some cheese so she bite my head off and said " there is nothing I can do about it " so we ended up just feeding the food to our dogs, it was a waste of money & I won't ever eat...
