I called to make an appointment with the person who cut and colored my hair and i could not remember her name and left a message for someone to call to let me know and I never got a response until I called and got put on hold for ten minutes and never was apologized to I had to end the call so I called the next day and spoke to Stacy and told her what happened and what I said was I need to speak to the owner and that it is rude to keep a person on hold for a long time and not apologize for making them wait. I was told the owner would not be back until Monday and that she would tell her to call me when she returns to work. I was told the name of the person who cut my hair was shana and she would send shana a text message because she was in school to give me a call and I was tired of waiting so I called again and I spoke to shana and she said she would tell the owner to call me and that is when she said you are not going to yell and you have called here several times yelling at the other people which is not true I told them that I was angry and she knew that I probably raised my voice and i did not yell and she called the police and made a report.Never use this salon it is horrible. I talked to a police office via telephone and told him if I receive another call from this place I would bring a lawsuit.This is harassment and I won’t tolerate this treatment. This is not the way to resolve a complaint. They have very poor customer service skills. I want everyone to know how much I hate this place.This is not what the police are used for and I won’t stand for this type...

BEST. HAIRCUT. EVER. The business owner, Cassie, did the most amazing job on me. She intentionally listened to what I wanted, had no problem educating me any time I asked a question about coloring, treatments, haircuts, or styling, made GREAT suggestions to me about my hair so I could get the look I wanted, and last but not least, was as thorough as she could possibly be. I have SO much hair (I even made sure to warn her when booking). This woman spent upwards of 5 hours working with me, paying attention to every detail to perfect the look I asked for. Cassie not only catered to me, but she also catered to my sister while she waited. The last several haircuts I’ve received from other places around town left me feeling less confident leaving than before they cut my hair. Wild Roots did such a beautiful job, I literally can’t stop playing with my hair and looking in the mirror. Truly feeling myself again, y’all! I will 10/10 recommend Cassie and her staff at Wild...

I arrived this afternoon with my 5 year old daughter who had a lock of knots in her head. Valerie (hope I spelled your name right) greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and made time for my baby in between clients. This knot was an absolute nightmare, I mentioned that if possible I do not want to cut her hair. This amazing woman was able to undo this knot without cutting her hair. all the absolute kindness from the entire store being made to feel at home, all the insight that literally everyone in the room gave me I will forever be greatful for. I didn't have an appointment I just walked in the door with a problem and immediately the whole room was willing to assist with this issue. I did not get the names of the other ladies in the room that were tossing ideas around (while working) just for my little girl, but thank you so much! Respectfully I will be returning with my daughter for any hair cuts she may need. Thank you so much to everyone yall...
