The entire building should be assessed for Environmental Health concerns. Someone should sue Safeway as well, for continuing to rent to local small businesses but refusing to make the necessary repairs hereafter causing an unsafe shopping environment for patrons AND unsafe plumbing/water. Do with that you want, I am blowing the whistle on that and unfortunately I took my Safecert seriously and the PM is not following food safe protocol even though the restaurant owners know how and are trying to. The property manager and owner/landlord is to blame here I promise.
