I am very disappointed, I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. For one when I received my food it was cold and when I looked in the containers my food was burnt. They gave me itty bitty pieces of chicken I am not a toddler who is that suppose to fill up? The hash browns were inedible and the “chicken tenders” had a funny taste. Wouldn’t feed this stuff to my dog. I understand that this is a ghost kitchen but at least try and put out food that is good.

DoorDash, Ubereats and Grubhub get priority even if humans are standing in front of them. Prioritize the people in the store. I watched them make 10-15 food items and then close to 30 minutes later I got my food. So if you are going to treat people like that then just close your in store and only do online orders. It is VERY DISRESPECTFUL to people that support and drive out of their way to come get food. Beyond DISRESPECTFUL

This location is a 5 star for sure the food is prepared perfectly tastes amazing I'm a customer and also a doordasher workers are very nice and efficient and also want to say thank you to faith she's amazing worker and a great person welcomes everyone with beautiful smile . It's always nice to have workers like that especially if you are doordasher or a returning customer

Fire the whole staff immediately! The lady at the front bagging orders is rude, no type of customer service at all. Ive been ordering corn beef hash for years since canopy first came to Tallahassee on parkway. Never have I ever had to ask for crispy, today I ordered it and it looked like it had not been placed on the griddle at all.
