Be careful going here for a referral guys so first time actually using the referral program and I got referred to this lawyer. Okay you know. And obviously you have to pay money up front. Always money up front money up front. Okay. Well make sure you're paying attention to the story. So he messaged me the same day this lawyer and was like oh I'm in triome all day and then I got to drive back from Tallahassee. Can we move it till 7:00? My daughter is a competitive gymnastics and you know moving her. You know gymnastics day or not showing up at all is a point against her. She could be kicked off the team but you know what I commentated this lawyer went out of my way. I even have his very first email that stated if the zoom link don't work we'll just do a voice call. Okay, mind you, our meeting was at 7:00 so would have been from 7:00 to 7:30, right? I'm on the zoom call at 6:55. I text him at 7:00 then text him again at 7:05. Then I emailed him at 7:10 and I kept saying you know the zoom link. I don't think it's working. You're not on there. Well then after thing is only 7:10 now now he wants to reschedule cuz he's just got a lot on his plate and wants to reschedule for the following week or whenever I'm like. No, this is a time crunch thing. Like I paid the $25 Tubi I had the conservation today. Oh, he won't refund me my money because he prepped for this. Why would you prep for a case I never hired you on for kind of funny you also have time to prep because you just told me you've been in trial all day and this was only scheduled since Sunday. So and I just sent you the pictures Monday morning of the screenshots I had. So how would you are prepped? Because you told me you weren't tried all day so you're on your phone in a courtroom that's highly inappropriate. Well, I call the Florida bar complaining and they'll back their lawyers. They don't care what their website says. They don't care what federal law states. I am allowed a 25-30 minute consultation for 25 bucks. Okay if there's no consultation that money is to be refunded. This lawyer is a lawyer. If you were any good at your job, you would need to steal $25 from someone who doesn't have a whole lot of money. So the fact that $25 is that important to you tells me apparently you don't get a lot of business and you're not good...

To clarify a review left by Daniel Lee- Florida Bar’s mission statement:

“The Florida Bar is the organization of all lawyers licensed by the Supreme Court of Florida to practice law in the state. The Florida Bar’s core functions are to: Regulate the practice of law in Florida; ensure the highest standards of legal professionalism in Florida; and protect the public by prosecuting unethical attorneys and preventing the unlicensed practice of law.”

That said, after reading the reviews along with my personal experience with multiple Florida attorneys, the reviews are discouraging and terrifying at the same time.

I understand that people leave heated reviews about attorneys when they simply don’t understand the legal process or their case in regard to the law, however, if a few of the reviews are accurate, it sounds like the government needs to intervene considering attorneys are officers of the court with power.

I am in the process of gathering information to file a complaint on an attorney that was so incredibly unprofessional, it is hard to phantom how someone has not reported her before me. She ran up an astronomical amount of legal fees, belittled opposing side IN WRITING, questionable judgement, and was apparently friends/neighbors with her client, which definitely impacted her discretion. She never disclosed this relationship and was posing in Facebook pictures at a birthday party right before MSA negotiations began. There is more.

I went to her website to obtain information so I include in my report, and it states she served three years as an investigative member on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee, which tells me this report will probably be pointless, as I am sure she knows the ropes and how to guard her steps. She probably already knows that I have called and spoke to someone there.

It sounds like an outside agency needs to oversee state attorneys other than their own people. Right now, they have the fox guarding the hen house. This is exactly why people are using Google reviews as a “sounding board” if they are not being heard properly. This may be the closest some get to justice.

The justice system has never been fair. Namely for the underserved. If you can’t afford an attorney you’re directed to BALS. Who refers you to the FL Bar because there is a conflict of interest because the persons involved happen to work for an umbrella agency under DCF and BALS also has a contract with DCF. So I called the FL Bar as instructed and was given the run around by Carmen and was told even if she provided me with attorney I would not be able to afford them. Ok. True. Still just proved me with some attorneys. Long story short. There is no justice. Period. And these giant corporations know this. Attorneys know this. The agencies that pretend to help those who can’t afford an attorney DO NOT HELP. The JUDGES do not care and look out for their peers and buddies within their ranks and inner circles. They claim to be fair. Nothing is fair. It’s only fair when you can afford an attorney. Otherwise do not for one second think that you have a chance. The system is and has always been flawed when it comes to justice for those who can’t afford an attorney we all know it’s usually persons of color. There is none. The only justice from now on is to BLOW SOME BRAINS OUT! Since there is no justice. Justice can be served one way or another. Luigi Manglione a rich wealthy individual but still he knew the challenges those less fortunate than him faced. So if the Federal Government Agencies and Giant Corporations uphold their peers and only look out for their sole interests. Hmmm??? DENY...
