If I could give 0 stars I would, I went in an hour before the store closed, they had me wait and wait and wait and then a blonde lady named Jen or Jan came out and was EXTREMELY rude. I went back into the store after she told me to leave because I was trying to get information off the worker who was actually trying to help me and she started off again threatening the cops and again being plain rude and I was just trying to get the information I needed to take my services elsewhere, I would go to ANY other rent a center than this one. I have purchased and paid off 2 sectionals at this location. Both times I’ve used this location I’ve had a great experience. I’ve also recommended this location to many people. I tried to purchase a 3rd sectional through this location and was told to call the Ravenna store because they are the store that services my location.
