I am from Arkansas, but I was spending Christmas in Ohio. On my trip there I had some issues with my tires that I just bought. Before I left on my trip I went back to the place to discuss the sounds the tires were making. I was told what is was and that it would cost about $1,200 to fix several problems. They told me that it was the CV joint and replaced it. Then told me other things that needed fixed. I found the Alignment Shop on Google and made an appointment to get my tires balanced. He told me about the noise that I was hearing and what was causing it. He corrected it and did the alignment on my car. The fix was something that the tire shop should have caught when I went back to them for the noise. The weights on the tires were to big, that was all it was. It was a no cost fix. I am very impressed with the thoroughness and caring way they treated me. They went into detail in a way that I would understand and did not try to sell me issues that I did not have or need. Personally didn't have a great experience, got my car back in poor condition and ended up losing my wheel well liner due to the job that was done here and had to have it corrected elsewhere. May be great for some but I will continue to use a different shop.

Edit: No, I was not told to raise my car for the alignment as they claim. If we're going this route, I'll tell everything. The manager/owner decided to yell and belittle me when I showed him the damage on my wheels and car from the job that was done, and the police showed up because he can't hold his temper. I'm always a little skeptical of mechanics, as I was of this shop. A little background, I have a lowered 2014 wrx with adjustable LCAs, fully adjustable coilovers and sti steering rack to name a few that revolve around alignment. I was surprised when I walked in, things are done manually with no fancy machines. It made me nervous, because it's hard to find quality technicians. I worried needlessly, after 2 other shops and 3 sets of tires I should have went here first. They centered my rack and aligned all four tires to specifications. My car feels and steers great.
