I received a text message from FedEx today that my package was available to pick up a at this location at 1:30. I came around 4:30 and was originally told they didn’t have my package and that FedEx must have gotten it wrong. I moved to the side a little bit and then saw my package in plain view to the side of the counter, I said oh there’s my package. It was a big box with a car seat, to me it looked like FedEx most likely set it down there when dropping it off and no one at this ship center took it to the back. As previously stated it had been a couple hours it definitely had time to be put away. They didn’t ask for my ID either like FedEx said they would. Shipping is expensive any way you do it now. I had them pick up items I won on an auction to ship to me. The lady I spoke with over the phone really cared about how much I was going to spend on shipping and helped me lower that price. I wish all independent shipping services were this dedicated to their customers. It was still not cheap, but I'm not in Ohio, and I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks again, I will definitely use again if i purchase from auctions...

John and his staff are great to deal with and very professional!! They ship all my business packages and do a great job!

They have rented us great trucks and are much nicer trucks and cheaper than competitors down the road!
