This Airbnb property is amazing! It looks like this property was just recently completely renovated. The decor and spaces are very comfortable for hanging out. The duplex are each 3 stories, two bedrooms on the first floor with living room and kitchen, master bedroom on the second floor with master bath, followed by a mini kitchen and living room on the third floor that opens up to a beautiful rooftop patio. The quality and finish of this property is 10/10, a lot of thought went into the comfort of the layout and all of amenities. Itās nicely located just a couple of blocks from the historic Ybor district, so walking to Ybor or to the trolley is very easy! Parking can be a little difficult since the duplex can host 10 people easily. I recommend consolidating down to one vehicle if you book half the property or only two vehicles if you book the entire duplex. You canāt use street parking in front of the property unless you have a local residence pass for overnight, but you can pay to park during the day. Our group had more than two vehicles so we found free parking further down the street and left our vehicles there for the long weekend, no issues. Last, but not least, this property is great for big groups of friends or big families. There is plenty of room, plenty of privacy, and plenty of entertainment areas divided up throughout the house. I would highly recommend this property in Ybor and this management company who takes care of the property. They respond quickly and they are very helpful if you have any questions or need...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe condo was a beautiful place to stay. There were a few problems though. The condo needed to be swept and mopped when we arrived. Our first two days, we were without water from 8:00 to 5:00. The pool and hot tub did not have convenient hours. They were open from 8:00 in the morning til dusk. This did not allow us use on days we were being tourists or just enjoying the Florida around us. It would have been nice to come home at night and relax in the hot tub. Throughout our stay, we only had half the pool to use due to the construction going on. This construction always starting noisily at 8:00 am which didn't allow for sleeping in. A heads up about construction prior to checking in would have been nice. The elevators were not working well. This was annoying because one of our party uses a walker and couldn't climb stairs. It was great that we were able to get in touch with Bob when we had a concern or question. He always responded promptly....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis review is of 1012 S. Dakota Ave, UNIT 9, Tampa, FL. What I liked: Communication with management was great! Great location walking distance to Hyde Park and yards away from Bayshore Blvd. Well appointed and clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Comfortable beds and couches. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. What I didn't like: The view is basically to a rundown street and driveways with trash cans. The access is walking through that rundown street. What can be improved: Bathroom NEEDS storage of any kind, be it shelves or a sink cabinet (it currently has a pedestal sink). There's no place to put any personal items. Also needs a hook for the hand towel that now needs to lie on the sink. Dining chairs are too hard and uncomfortable; need cushions. Pillows are uncomfortable. We don't mind the morning light in the bedroom, but for those who do it needs better drape system. All that said, we...
