This was a nice find a friend told us about. A place where they are actually growing food that you can buy. Not a huge farm, but several acres near downtown Tampa.
Parking is easy to find right inside the entrance. The food they grow, and sell is right by the parking area. We enjoyed the freedom to enjoy the entire area and look at what was growing, in the fields and in the green houses.
This is a good distance from home, but if in the area, I will pop in just to see what is growing and if there is any fresh produce, I want to carry home. There are several refrigerator cases of fresh foods that are not in the photos.
Easy to get into. No charge to enter or walk around. This is not a fake farm with photo ops however there were several spots with nice flowers being grown.
They are growing this food, and it is clear that they know what they are doing. Really nice-looking plants in the fields and the staff was happy to answer my questions about what I had seen growing, how to cook...
Read moreI have never been happier shopping for food that I know without a doubt is actually fresh and natural. The world needs way way way more of this. This place is incredible with a wide variety of veggies, fruits, natural healthy meats, and so much more. I feel allot better about spending my money supporting this type of locally grown and raised and butchered food than in grocery stores with misleading labels everywhere I look. Knowing that my dollars are not adding to the agriculture crisis is a guilt i can finally release and it feels very good. It's amazing to know I can finally trust a label for the first time in all of my 42 years of living in America !!! Please continue this as this is truly wonderful !!!! I can't recommend this...

The produce is fresh and delicious, almost other worldly - from me who cooks a lot, I really taste the difference in their veg like the carrots and cauli. I heard people bringing up the price of products, specifically, the meat but it is true you get what you pay for and these meats are really special in the sense that they are responsibly raised and you can taste it too.
Obviously, it’s the people who make this place special. Shane and his fermentations are amazing. Nichole and Joe are as nice as can be and the girls who are always there on the weekends are...
