Palm Ave Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Tampa

I visit this shop when I want a Cuban sandwich. I don't go here much so I am not familiar with the menu. I am born and raised in this area. I made a phone order and ordered a Cuban sandwich and a breakfast sandwich for a co worker. I picked up the order and got back to work open my sandwich and it was a steak on pressed Cuban bread. I am not that picky so I said oh well. The sandwich was not what I was expecting and it to me did not taste good. I called back to tell them that they made a mistake and the lady said " no papi you ordered steak" . I tried to explain to her that I didn't even know that has steak on the menu. I have never heard anything other than a Cuban at the spot. She decides to hang the phone up on me. I'll called back and ask her did you hang the phone up on me " she replied no papi you ordered steak. I don't go there much but now I'm going to completely stopped...

I've recently started working in the area so everyday I'm looking in the area for places to go for lunch this shop came up on Google so why not

Ordering the food was very hectic I ordered and paid (no receipt offered) when my food was ready the lady from the kitchen signaled to me to come get my food but the lady at the register had a attitude and accused me of not paying when I told her I already did she pulled the sandwiches back and made me wait for her to go through all their papers to see if I paid I'm sure people have tried to get free food in the past but maybe they should do a better job at keeping track of who paid and who didn't or automatically give a receipt instead of embarrassing customer with their accusations

Stopped in to get a sandwich before headed to our main office for training. Got a Cuban sandwich that did not have any pork on it however it was a damn good sandwich. Only had to wait a short time was in and out and about 9 minutes. Got there just in time because while I was waiting for my sandwich the line grew and grew with about 9 or 10 people in line which shows me that this is a place to return to if that many people are eating lunch there. It looks kind of rundown going in probably could use some cleaning maybe some touch-up paint however I did not feel that I got any less service. Sandwich...
