HADENREID — Local services in Tampa

In April I purchased a pair of Golden Goose Sneakers from this location and they were terribly uncomfortable, so I returned them for a different style within the 14-day return window. Regardless of when you buy from this company you will not be able to return for anything other than store credit they do not issue refunds. I did find another pair of shoes while in the store for the exchange and tried them on in two sizes (6 & 7). I decided to take the size 7.

I never checked to make sure they gave me the correct size and put them in my closet. About 30-45 days later I wanted to wear them and realized they gave me the size 6 and not the 7. I called the store to tell them and left a voicemail but did not receive a return call. I tried a few more times and finally got a hold of a person. They told me they would not be able to exchange the shoes for the correct size and since I was outside of the “return window” they would not exchange them for anything including a store credit.

It is definitely my fault for not double checking to make sure they put the correct size in the bag during the exchange visit.

In short, if you are going to shop at this store, they have really cool stuff, but you better make sure that whatever you get fits perfect before you leave and double check the size if you were trying on multiple sizes.

I personally will not buy anything else from here as I travel, and my schedule does not allow for me to ensure I can return or exchange every item...

I recently visited this store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Nicole. The experience was absolutely amazing. Nicole was incredibly detailed, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for, and her knowledge of the products was outstanding.
