My Mother and I ordered from Papa Johns for the very first time over the past weekend, and ordered 2 more times after that (today being our 3rd time) because we love their new Papa Bowls. Plus, we recently found out Pizza Hut (our former favorite since I was a kid back in the 80s) has decided to use Door Dash to help deliver food when they're short on drivers, and we despise Door Dash due to their unprofessional and dishonest business practices. Therefore, Pizza Hut has lost 2 loyal customers.
Anyhow, Mom and I were pleasantly surprised to find out how awesome the food is at Papa Johns! It's not just hearsay. Their ingrediants are pure quality, and full of rich flavor! Dare I say, better than The Hut! Lol
The only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5 is because their delivery drivers are not very friendly. If I can smile and say hello to them, they should mirror my actions by greeting me the same way instead of looking at me with a deadpan expression, and responding with mumbled speech.
After all, I'm a brand new customer providing business to the place that employs them, and I've spent a generous amount of money in a short period of time, and given decent tips.
I won't place all of the blame on Papa Johns as a company. I'll just chalk it up to certain individuals not having any manners or basic home training. Not to mention, that's just the world we live in today. Unfortunately, this type of behavior is very common.....
For the most part, I am pleased with the large variety of options Papa Johns provides on their menu compared to Pizza Hut, and the...
Read moreBy far the worst customer Service experience there was no manager there and nobody there knew how to basic problem solve. I ordered a pizza over 30 minutes ago over the phone for pick up. I was given the total and told it would be ready in 15-20 min. I pre ordered because I worked all morning and was starving. Of course, I arrive And the girl working here. I had no acknowledgment of my order or that I had even called. I asked if this was the right phone number. And I repeated the number back. She said yes, it is. I was very irritated and I said okay. Well, I'm trying to figure out what's going on because it's where I called. And anyways, I need my pizza. I'm, I'm really hungry. I've been working all morning. I'm starving. Can we please figure this out? Is there a manager? And she just blankly looked at me stepped aside. And then this other kid steps up as another employee is walking out and just looks at me weird, and I'm just standing in complete disbelief. That not 1 person working there. Even said I'm sorry that happened. So I tried to order the pizza that I ordered 45 min ago and now it's a different price and I don't have enough for that! I was a couple dollars short and I told them the price I was given earlier and they wouldn't honor it so I had to just order pepperoni which isn't even what I wanted! THERE NEEDS TO BE BETTER MANAGER! NEVER...
Read moreUsually there is good service at this particular store but my experience today was far from good. I came into the store and I find the cashier on the phone with another customer, which is fine I have no problem with that but what I do have a problem with is the fact that she didn't even acknowledge that fact that I was standing there waiting to pick up my pizza. Not one time out of the entire 5 minutes I was standing there did she say "just one moment sir" or "I'll be finished in a few". Absolutely nothing. She even looked me in my eye just to check if I was looking at her and when she saw I was, she just looked back down under the brow of her papa johns hat. Finally another associate opened up another computer just to ring me up so I can leave (which could have been done as soon as they saw she wasn't going to say anything or acknowledge me). Even her colleagues saw what was going on and one had to put my pizza back on the heat shelf so it wouldn't get cold. So beware of the young lady with glasses at the register because she will ignore you if she is preoccupied or on the phone. How hard is is just to...
