The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I only rated one start because you have to select one of the options. Today was supposed to be their buy one dozen get one for 80 cents. I waited in line for over an hour, no complaints or issues as I knew what I was heading in to. Throughout this time, I saw people carrying BAGS of dozens of donuts out. I finally got to place my order and was told I could buy only 2 dozen. I explained I had an office full of people and had seen other people with 4 or 6 dozen and needed the same. The girl replied we are limiting to 2 per person. I said I waited an hour, there was no limit in the advertisement. Then a man, I assume to be the manager, chimed in and said 2 dozen limit, we are out of donuts. As I am sitting in the drive through lane waiting for my order, I see people leaving from inside with bags of 4 dozen. A second girl opened the drive through window and tossed a voucher at me for free donuts. I said I have already paid. She said we are out of donuts. I said but I have already paid, here's my receipt. She spit at me and acted as if she was going to lunge through the window, throwing her neck forward and making a face and said to "take the damn voucher, you'll get your donuts" and slammed the drive through window. When the first girl came back, I asked for the second girl's name and was told it was Brittany. Brittany was screaming at me through the window "I was trying to be nice and explain to you!" No Brittany, you were literally throwing vouchers and didn't listen to me when I said I had PAID for donuts. Mind you, the manager person was just standing there and did NOTHING. I seriously hope there is video footage of this interaction and she is dealt with. I have filed a complaint with their corporate office. I don't care that I waited so long for what was offered on every news outlet and social media forum. I expected it. What I did not expect was to be told after such a long wait that I am limited, have a voucher thrown at me and spit at. I will never return to this location again and make sure I let anyone who will listen know what terrible customer service they have. #dunkindonutsfromnowon...
Read moreVery rude service!!!!!! I go to Krispy Kreme (this location) EVERY Sunday to pick up donuts, and deliver them to my church. I have never had a problem with the people working here, as they seem friendly for the most part, always helping to load the donuts in my car. I went this morning, and as usual, a man and a woman, whom have both helped me before loaded the donuts in my car. I left, and then pulled up to the drive through 10mins later and placed an order. The lady was so rude. She was constantly sighing, and she projected her voice in an impolite manner. As i drove slightly ahead to pay, I asked the lady if she was the one who took my order, and she said "No, It was Michelle." Michelle was standing behind the lady, and to my surprise, SHE WAS THE SAME "friendly" LADY WHO HELPED ME LOAD THE DONUTS 10MINS AGO BECAUSE SHE KNEW WHO I WAS, BUT AS I PULLED IN THE DRIVE-THRU SHE HAD NO IDEA, HENCE HER RUDENESS. I told her she was rude and needs to learn how to speak to her customers. She gave me a thumbs up, with ATTITUDE ACROSS HER FACE and very rude body language!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I drove away and called Krispy Kreme and asked what "Michelle's'" last name was. The person on the phone (Michelle) acted like she couldn't hear me, as she said "Hello? Helloo??? Hellooo??" as if she couldn't hear me. She finally "heard" me and gave me her last name "Ross", and spelled it out, without me asking "R-O-S-S" AGAIN, WITH ATTITUDE. I told her she was very rude, and she cut me off by saying "Thank you, have a nice day" . She was only friendly at the beginning when loading my car with donuts because she knew who i was, and she usually receives a tip. HOWEVER, minutes later i was in the driveway, and she DIDNT KNOW WHO I WAS, SHE WAS VERY RUDE. AND AS I PULLED UP TO PAY, OF COURSE, BEING A COWARD, SHE MADE ANOTHER LADY TAKE MY MONEY, AS SHE HID IN THE BACK, BECAUSE SHE WAS TOO AFRAID TO DO SO. She was surprised to see that i was the one whom she helped, just a few minutes ago.
I wouldn't be surprised if they gave me a fake name "Michelle Ross" She was tallish, black...
Read moreAs a black American when I enter any building people are just on alert....fact of life. I am well spoken and well dressed. I always make sure my energy is good. On my way to Orlando I stopped my Krispy Kreme on Kennedy Blvd. As I entered the store there were three black employees. Two black females and one male. The energy was really poor and not inviting. I felt like I was a bother. I was the only one in the store. The first female--facing me-- did not acknowledge me. No hello. No how can I help you? The second female approached with a what do you want kind of vibe. Keep in mind this was a little after 1:00pm on Sunday. The donuts in the display case did not look fresh. What happened to putting your best foot forward? First impressions? I asked for 8 creamed filled chocolate donuts and two blueberry and two pumpkin spiced cake donuts. She said, we have no cake donuts. Her response was short and unpleasant. She just seemed so agitated. I remained calm throughout this uncomfortable visit. I went ahead and got a dozen of the creamed filled chocolate iced donuts. Monday morning for breakfast--in Orlando--the three donuts I ate were not fresh. To my surprise all the donuts where not fresh. To make matters worse the bothered and/or lack of training employee placed 6 custard filled donuts in my box. I was very very unhappy. I spent $15.99 for poor service and poor management. A well run store can operate without the manager present. Looking back I will never forget these two employees. I understand people are going through life. But for God sakes you have a job. When you got the job you fooled someone. Life is what you make it. I will never go back to...
