NO hangers NO mixing bowl!

How is it possible to have arrived at a place that has no hangers and no mixing bowl in a kitchen? I sent a text message to the text number that texted to welcome me and to let "the team" (no specific name) know if I need anything about the lack of hangers and the mixing bowl; I didn't think this was too much to asked. I also made phone calls to the original person - Jared whom I was initially referred to and was communicating with prior to my trip, but my calls were not answered.

By the third day, I reached out to the person who initially gave me the referral - Jessica. It was only then that my issues were addressed promptly.

Text received from "The team"!

I received a text that they received a message from the referral - Jessica and they are checking in to see how they can help and that the awesome person - Jared, I was originally communicating with is on vacation. Not a word about the exact same text I sent directly to "the team" of my issues before reaching out to Jessica, who promptly helped out with all of this.

I was told via text that the kitchen was too small to have a mixing bowl, but she would speak to the owner of the house.

The hangers eventually came on my last two days, even though I was told prior to how nearby they are should there be anything that is needed.

BIG INSECT flying around, BIG INSECT NEST close to the ceiling, NEST was NOT REMOVED!

I granted them access to look around for this big INSECT that was flying around and that bit me on two spots on my face, I followed up with them once I got back because there was no update on the matter.

"Hey Rolanda, our team looked inside and out for all types of pests. No most was found, but they did a wide area pest control treatment as a preventative measure. "

"Great, thx. Because I got bitten twice on the face. The nest was left behind. "

Received no response!

I still can't figure out why this left behind to continue to make me uncomfortable, especially at nights for the final two days I had left. If only I'd seen it on my arrival.

We stayed in the "Penny Farthing Flat" in Tampa for what was supposed to be a two-night stay, but we ended up leaving a day early due to how uncomfortable the experience was. The biggest issue was the beds — they were incredibly loud and uncomfortable. The metal frames creaked with every slight movement, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. My husband and I ultimately ended up sleeping on the small couches in the living room, which were somehow more comfortable than the actual bed. Cleanliness was also a concern. We noticed stains on both the towels and the duvet cover, which was disappointing and uninviting. The flooring throughout the flat was uneven, giving the whole place a disorienting, “fun house” feeling. Lastly, the air conditioning did not work properly. We set the thermostat to 70 degrees before bed, only to wake up to it reset at 74. The cooling was also inconsistent throughout the flat, with some areas much warmer than others.

Two stars for location.

My family and I rented this beautiful home for our vacation in Florida for a week. We had a blast! The pool was amazing, the pool table was a big hit, and the accommodations were great! We could even bring a couple of our pets. One pleasant surprise at the house was that all of the bedrooms had a king sized bed, except for the bunk beds which were all queen sized. The listing had said all queen beds except for the master bedroom. The neighborhood is lovely and is right next to a nice park with a boardwalk (bring mosquito repellant!). We rented electric bicycles and toured the park and a nearby bicycle path. So many beautiful beaches within reach! Our favorite was Fort De Soto Beach. The house has a beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, and towels that you can use if you want. This was a wonderful place to stay.
