I have been shopping here for my daughter for 5 years now, went today with my sister and her freshman daughter to pay the remainder of my daughters prom dress and get a homecoming dress, (now mind you when I get a dress I typically send $300 or more every time), my sister was ignored 3 times and I know she heard her, Christina never responded to her. I paid for the homecoming dress and the remainder for the prom dress and asked why she just ignored my sister and niece that way? her claim was “she never heard them!” But if you are a good businesswoman and I just told you that you upset my sister and niece and made them feel like nothing in your store, you could’ve at least said “I’m sorry “ or something besides a lie! How can you not hear a person 3 times when they are giving eye contact and in your face, so basically you just deliberately ignored her. But you just lost 2 customers with multiple daughters who WILL be searching elsewhere for dresses. I DO NOT GIVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESSES, EVER. I WORK HARD...

My girls started going to see Cristina about seven years ago for their homecoming and prom dresses. Cristina is extremely knowledgeable about what looks good on someone. I have two daughters both with very different tastes and Cristina was always able to find them that "perfect" dress. We NEVER left there empty handed. This is a small family owned boutique so if you have to wait, it is only because Cristina likes to give each client the time that they need in order to find that perfect dress. I usually called in advance so Cristina knew we were coming. I can't say enough about this dress shop or the professionalism of the owner. Okay, shoutout to the sweetest little boutique for making freshman dress shopping actually fun! 💃💖 My daughter, a friend, and I went in just “to look” (famous last words), and walked out with the perfect dresses. Cristina and her mom were seriously the best… so kind, patient, and hyping the girls up like it was their red carpet moment.
