My girlfriend and I were visiting from Houston, Texas and wanted a good Mexican place that would deliver to our hotel via Uber eats. We made a large order and and unfortunately part of the order was incorrect. My girlfriend ended up taking an Uber to the taqueria to exchange the tacos for the correct ones. They were very polite and exchanged the tacos with no issues. It was frustrating receiving the wrong order in the first place and then paying for an Uber back and forth, but at least they handled it well. That being said, we thought the food was pretty good. The steak sopes and steak tacos were delicious. I also recommend ordering the corn (street corn/elote) and putting some on your tacos. The corn was sooooo good as a topping! The chips were REALLY thick and were honestly hard to chew. We weren’t fans on the green salsa, the flavor didn’t vibe with us. The red salsa had good flavor with a soupy consistency. Overall, this was a pretty good taqueria. I just wish we didn’t have to experience it...
Read moreI really wish when I walked in they would have simply said we are overwhelmed and can't take orders right now. All I ordered was a bean burrito - it took about 10 minutes to get the order placed and after waiting another 25 minutes I left without ever having received my food. Other reviewers have noted that the food is made when you order it. It's also made when you order it and places like Chipotle and Taco Bell - I mean scooping some beans and rice into a tortilla is not hot cooking a four-course meal from scratch. There's just no reason that they shouldn't be able to get food out of the kitchen faster. And if they can't they should just tell customers sorry and turn them away during "peak" times. By the way the restaurant was not completely full. So if you have several hours to spend on a meal you may want to give this place a try as others say the food is good. If you don't have well over an hour to invest in your meal I suggest you...
Read moreI don't think that I'll be returning to this place ☹ my order was incorrect. There's a big difference between a taco and enchiladas Rojas. I called back as soon as I got home after I opened the to-go box and informed the gentleman who was very quick to correct their mistake but I had to drive back to pick them up. I asked the gentleman that I didn't want the enchiladas that have been sitting there, he assured me that they would make fresh enchiladas for me. I am about a 7min drive to this place, I accepted his word to honor my request. When I got home anticipating to eat & enjoy enchiladas Rojas, I was disappointed to say the least....they were cold, too wet and dipped in a tomato sauce not red chilli sauce (I am Mexican, so I know the difference) they were the WORST enchiladas I've ever had and now are in my trash can. Mi gente?!, You need to do...
