Overall the experience was very nice. The reason I rated it four stars is because it seems like what used to be the most incredible customer service I've ever experienced, has dropped slightly.

It used to be they worked more as teammates, the servers that is. I never remember having to ask for a refill on my drinks. I know that may seem a bit too demanding, but for la teresita it was standard practice. Our particular server was very polite and courteous, and I could tell that he was busy, so by no means is this a disappointment, I'm just trying to be as transparent as possible.

Everyone at our table is very satisfied with the meal and made it well worth the visit.

The front of house staff could have smiled more, but by no means were they impolite.

It was great to see that they now offer additional parking.

I will definitely continue to go to La Teresita as it has been a staple in our family...

The food is very salty I ordered some beef it was mixed with ham french fries bell pepper onions very interesting but the ham had a flavor that was rotten to me I told my waiter there was no response maybe he didn't understand me everybody speaks Spanish their and the service that I got that night was very slow not that it's like that all the time because I've been several times for their singer Humberto Sambrano not sure if I'm spelling his name correctly but it's very nice music so I go on Mondays for that which is...

I ordered a cuban sandwich from one of the most unenthusiastic employees I've ever met. So bored at work, he leans on the counter to watch his phone. After 10 mins they call for someone else's order and I thought it was for me, but the guy looks back and grabbed my sandwich that had been sitting there for a few minutes, he just didn't notice because he was on his phone and he doesn't care about customer service.
