Worst pedicure experience I have ever had. First, they told me to sit in the chair while they were working on other customers. I soaked my feet so long the water turned ice cold. When I removed my feet from the water, the woman added more hot water and told me to put my feet back in. It had been close to 40 minutes before she started working on my feet. For some reason, she switched with the man working there after one foot, and he hurt me. I've never had a pedicure hurt. He was just so rough. With a pedicure, I always look forward to the leg rub. Well, they don't really do that here. Put a little lotion on, but nothing special. My pedicure was almost a month ago, and I'm still having problems on my right foot (the one that hurt during the pedicure). I had two toes swell up, and one still really hurts. We walked in and were not greeted by staff. About 30 mins later after another customer walked in and was helped right away ( not to mention she got here after us and went straight to the chair) the lady asks what we were going to get done. We both told her what we needed and she said ok.. send one of us to the pedi chair and one to the mani chair.. waited another 1 or so and still no help. Other customers walked in and the woman was super rude to them saying no appts and no time for them. 2 hr wait. Then also told a lady she could not do a pedi on her and that lady was asking her a question she told her she was super busy and had no time.. this continued for every customer that came in she ran them off saying no time and im busy .. the only reason i waited was for my friends i was with i didnt do my nails and wont be back HORRIBLE...

I will never recommend, overall a waste of time. Very unprofessional to say the least, for as much business I have given I will not be returning. I had the worst experience, I was told to pick my color and to have a seat at the table as I waited the owner approached me rudely without explanation suddenly refusing to do my nails after I had picked a color and waited. The owners are extremely bothered, rude, and careless. One star is too generous for a place like this, take your business elsewhere. A lot of favoritism, don’t be fooled they have their select few and for the rest it’s just a waste of time they will lie about being busy to avoid you at all costs. Not the first time, I've seen it...
