Went there before pandemic & then again yesterday & had same experience trying to donate goods,an older woman came up to my vehicle & i told her i had items to donate,she said,"we're not really taking donations right now"with an attitude,then says,"well what do you have?" I said household items & I said forget it & attempted to leave,she then proceeds to go around my car & open my car door WITHOUT my permission WITH my dog in the back seat whom got scared & i told her,"I wouldn't"due to my dog back there,she was EXTREMELY rude,I will NEVER donate anything to them again,I'd rather throw it...

Docked a point because there's a guy who gave me trouble when I was donating in the nearby bins. Asked me what I was doing with a tone as if accusing me of tomfoolery, which I do NOT appreciate. There was a collection truck so I had to park to the side of where I would normally. Let's breathe and assume people have good intentions before we run up to their windows...
