I purchased a Craftmade outdoor fan with light fixture a number of years ago from Wickford Appliance. The light switch broke. I called Wickford. They no longer sell fans and simply “blew me off”. Not nice customer service. I called Craftmade directly for a local distributor. They gave me a number of choices. I called The Light Gallery in Taunton and spoke with Chris. What a lovely, helpful person. She represents her company well. She told me what I needed. She ordered it to come directly to our home. She also gave me tips to make install easier ( ie take pictures before you start the project for reference, for example ) My hubby and I received the part in a timely fashion and completed the repair saving us money. SCAM ALERT: The definition of organized crime. A pretty lucrative unethical business you guys have schemed up. So here's how it works, business owner (The Lighting Gallery of Taunton) calls Harry's to tow out of lot (while closed mind you). Harry's swoops in and takes your car. Leaves you stranded miles away. Tells you they are closed, charging you storage fees on top of outrageous tow fee. Slap on an "administrative" fee and wala! We have a $200 expense! To top it all off, CASH ONLY. Hmmm no scam going here! @irs should take a closer look at these business practices. I'd bet my house that TLGT and Harry's split the crooker...

I am so happy I went to The lighting Gallery of Taunton !!!!! I could not be any more overwhelmed knowing I had to pick out an entire house of lights. From the moment I walked in, Heather helped me with what I needed and could not have been more patient. My tasted in fixtures changed as I looked at all that was available. I loved the selections I made and I am sure I could not have done it without Heather!!!! I will be a repeat customer...
