I recently built a high-end PC in preparation for my birthday on July 25th, and Iâm extremely disappointed with the service I received from your shop regarding performance issues in this brand-new system.
System Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5070
Motherboard: High-end, brand-new
Build cost: Over $2,000 in total
From the start, the system has suffered from severe stuttering in every game, regardless of settings. I tried all the usual troubleshooting myself, including:
Enabling/disabling EXPO RAM profiles
Swapping my GPU with my dadâs RX 6750XT â same issue
Using DDU to remove all drivers cleanly
Adjusting in-game and OS settings thoroughly
Since I am currently on community control and unable to leave the house, I had my girlfriend bring the PC to your store after being told it would cost $50 for a proper diagnosis using your in-house test hardware.
However, less than an hour after drop-off, another technician called her and falsely claimed the problem was from plugging the DisplayPort into the motherboard â something that never happened. I built the PC myself and have experience with EPYC servers and workstation hardware â I do not make beginner mistakes.
When the PC was returned to us later the same day, the issue persisted exactly the same. The monitorâs refresh rate hadnât been touched, game settings were unchanged, and it was obvious that no real testing or diagnostics had been performed. Yet I was still charged $50 for a service that was clearly not carried out.
Iâm requesting one of the following: A refund of the $50 diagnostic fee since the system was never properly tested.
A real, in-depth diagnostic by someone who understands this level of hardware.
A written report showing exactly what was done â including what hardware was tested, which drivers or settings were changed, and what results were found.
If this is not resolved, I will file a chargeback with my bank, report this to the BBB, and leave a detailed review explaining the situation so others can avoid this experience.

I have been to a lot of repair shops through the years, and I've seen good, and I've seen bad. But this place stands out above them all. Their staff is beyond friendly, and this is by far the best repair shop I have ever seen.
My desktop is my life. I am a business owner and my desktop is where everything is. When I powered up one day, to find it unresponsive, I spent 3 hours trying to troubleshoot; to no avail. Feeling hopeless, I googled shops near me and this place came up. I called and a wonderful lady, Melissa, answered.. She heard me out and said that they would be happy to help. She was very understandable that time was money for me, and this was critical.
I brought my desktop in and met Cameron. Almost immediately he had a hypothesis. I have to note, that they do FREE diagnostics to find out what the problem is; and that alone is HUGE. Most repair shops will charge a fee, and I've had $50 up to $100 before. So I was happy to know they would look for the problem before quoting solutions.
Not long after I left, Cameron called and said that his hypothesis was correct. It was a very major issue with potentially destructive effects. He gave me a price and I gave the okay.
Fast forward to the following day, and I am walking in to pickup my desktop, which was now in better condition then I left it. The best part? I lost no data in the process. They were so meticulous and understood that my data was my life, and I could tell they worked very hard to keep it.

   Read morePlaystation 4 fails two days before grandchildren visit for the weekend. I was more than distraught after trying all of the possible fixes I found online. The only solution was to take it to a repair shop where I previously had an excellent experience. When I walked into the store, I was greeted by a nice employee who ask how she could assist me. I not only explained the problem but also informed her this was somewhat of an emergency due to my expected guests. The employee was empathetic to my concerns and gave me an estimate as to when I could hear back from them for details on the repair and pricing. Eager for the response, I call them the next day to check on the status of the PS4. She informed me the drive needed to be replaced but they would not have the part until Saturday. To my surprise, I received a call on Friday letting me know the PS4 had been repaired and was ready for pick up. Jeremy, who is the head technician, I think, does an excellent job in making repairs that are of good quality and in a timely manner. They were sensitive to my needs and I was more than happy with the end result. The price for the work was a good value and they stand behind their repairs if something should go wrong. Both experiences I've had with this store have been 5 star results. I highly recommend...
