White Castle — Restaurant in Taylor

The shift who worked around 7pm on Feb 7th has to be the most incompetent and lazy staff I’ve ever came across. I never order white castles anymore because every time I come here they mess up at least 1 thing. The only time I come here is when my family wants something. I placed an order, and should have already assumed it would be messed up when the guy taking it was clearly new and kept talking to his co workers when taking my order and kept asking me to repeat what I ordered. I’m assuming he didn’t realize his headset was still on. Once I got my order I pulled over on the other side of the building to check that everything was right, when I realized I didn’t get the drinks for 2 combos and I got two small fries when it was supposed to be one small & one medium. I decided to go inside and was met by who I’m assuming is the manager. When I was telling her what I was missing, she was acting like she didn’t believe me. She asked what My order was and found it on her screen & by no surprise I wasn’t rung up correctly . She then gave me a medium cup & I asked for the small as well & she gave an attitude saying “so you didn’t get any of your drinks” like she was checking me. Maybe if she would have been wearing a headset, she would have heard my order and corrected that he rung it up wrong considering I said my order at least 3 times. Once I left and brought the food back to my mom, I then was told the cheese sticks weren’t in the bag. I called & ended up going back to the store. The girl who handed the bag to me through the drive thru had an attitude & rolled her eyes when giving me the bag. I definitely feel like if I ever return to this particular White Castle I’m gonna have to be that annoying customer that sits in the window checking the whole order instead Of pulling to the side of the building. Very aggravated with tonight’s order. At the beginning of the order, there was confusion on the number of sliders I was getting but it was figured out. I asked for no onions on the sliders, repeatedly, and they all got onions. I didn’t realize this until I was home. However, I also realized I was missing my fish nibblers and the 3 dipping sauces I asked for. I drive back and explained what I was missing. When I got to the window, I was given a bag with the nibblers but none of the sauces. I asked for the sauces once more. I got 3 packets of one of the sauces. I asked for the other 2 sauces once more. Only received one of each. The food isn’t super great to begin with - now I’m just done.

UPDATE: I gave this place another shot and it didn’t go well. It took a while to get my food. When I got to the window, I was charged for the order behind me which was much more expensive than what I ordered. Then, my sliders were wrong and I was missing dipping sauces. I parked so I could walk inside to have the order fixed because the drive thru line was piling up. For whatever reason, the doors were locked and no one could get in (I watch people after me try and not be able to as well) despite it being normal hours of operation. So, I went through drive thru again to explain the mistake. I had to pull around to the parking spots again to wait. Everytime I'm here I get service that is top quality! I normally don't speak for corporation but the manager here touch my heart! It was late in the morning I'm a trucker by the way, and I was starving no truck stops close by I pulled into the only place open near me but I couldn't make the drive thru with this truck! I go to the front door hoping it was open only to be disappointed 😒 the manager saw me and said closed try drive thru. after noticing I was in my truck she comes to the door opens it and says I could lose my job but if it wasn't for guys like you I wouldn't have 1 get in here! Elated I stepped in ordered and tried to tip she said no sir the pleasures all mine!
