I usually have a pleasant experience at this location but this evening has been nothing short of disappointment. I stopped here to get a pumpkin spice iced cap. First the greeting was less than welcoming but i looked passed that in that it could have just been a long day. I was then told that the machine for all cold drinks is currently down for the night. This struck me as a surprise since it was only 8:30p and they close at 10p. Of course was a bit disappointed but nonetheless decided i just really wanted something pumpkin spice so settled for a small pumpkin spice latte. I should have tasted the latte while there but my kid was screaming she had to use the bathroom so had to hurry home. Once i did have a moment to indulge and take that first sip instantly disappointed. There was no pumpkin spice and if it was it must have been very faint. It tasted more like black coffee than anything with a hint of froth. I did attempt to call this location at the number listed many times to speak with someone but first the phone would continuously ring without any answer and then the next few calls made i received a message saying "sorry the number you have called is currently busy please try your call again later". Before i posted this i again tried and still unable to reach anyone. As i stated normally never any type of issue from this location. Read moreOn 1/6/24 (Saturday), I went into Tim Hortons. Another gentleman walked in at the same time. We both talked briefly to each other at the time. He was very nice and cordial. There were only 2 individuals in the lobby trying to place an order.
After the first patreon placed his order, the gal moved away and started to prepare his order. I understand that sometimes, in order to avoid the long line at this particular location outside, you can go inside as there wasn't anyone in the lobby at the time.
Well, I waited for 3 minutes until I was able to place my order. During the wait, another gentleman walked in behind me. The same waiter instantly took his order right after I placed mine order.
My question would be, why did I have to wait while the same scenario occurred and INSTANTLY after placing my order, she took the next person's order.
It was the same scenario as the first and the same circumstances. His order was quickly taken. Why wasn't my order taken as quickly as the gentleman behind me?
It is this kind of customer service that makes you scratch your head and say, "Why?"
So, my conclusion is that neither I nor my money is valued at this location. Needless to say, I will have to move on somewhere else. All because of bad customer service or a...
Read moreAbout a year ago I left the review that is posted below. Needed to edit it unfortunately from a 5 star to a 1 star. This place has steadily gotten worse over the last year or so. I stopped going completely in the summer after a number of bad experiences. Decided to try again this fall. Today was the last straw. Over the last few months we've had multiple bad experiences including: Drinks made wrong Rude remarks at the window Being cut off while ordering Not given a total of how much it will be No receipt Slow service.
Honestly, just go to a different location
