Me and my family do our best to shop locally. We have visited this establishment a few times and each time the staff is on top of you and made us feel very unwelcome. I truly hope it wasn’t due to our skin color but we couldn’t help but feel like we weren’t wanted in the store. When we asked for help, staff seemed bothered. Also was made to pay for my treats and I wasn’t even sure what I wanted. I wanted to pick out what I would like then pay for them. I was told also that it was store policy to pay for my items before I picked out my ice cream. Seems silly to make you do 2 credit card transactions instead of just one for all my items. Staff seems like they are just there for a job and lack customer service. With Taylor growing it’s very important to welcome everyone and make each customer feel at home. It’s not nice to judge a book by its cover! Come on it’s 2022!!! I pray you do better! But if your like that with one certain race more than another it’s just being racially biased.
