Pho Asian Food Truck — Restaurant in Taylor

If I could give one thought I would say "do not eat here." The owners horrible manners added with the lack of basic sanitation is dangerously appallingly well nasty. I set this food trailer up in its current location as well as the two previous and witnessed more than you want to see in violations in a food truck camp. The good is 90% Sam's club frozen Vietnamese decorated with fresh 'ish vegetables. Absolutely nothing is hand made home-made or chef prepared. The main sous chef of the establishment's uses a bowl to relieve himself then dumps it in the sink. (That's right where your vegies are prepared)then the bowl goes on the dishes to be washed for service. Of you think this is just the rant of a disgruntled ex employee you'd be partially right. They stole nearly 300k in labor and equipment from me but that was 2 years ago. I purposefully waited do as to the taken seriously and save yo I all some money and maybe a life or two. Dint just trust what you eat. Check for...

I came here with my family and had an "okay" experience. We ordered Steak Pho, Pad Thai, Chicken Banh Mi, and Pork Eggrolls.

Steak Pho came out piping hot and did taste like "authentic" Pho but flavors were "okay". Pad Thai was bad, overly sweet, and instead of actual padthai noodles - pho noodles were used.

Chicken Banh Mi was good. The bread/baguettes weren't crispy and I think was panfryed with butter making the bread soft. I prefer a softer bread so this did not bother me. Pork Eggrolls was good and came with the correct sweet/spicy sauce.

Customer service was good and food came out fast. Gas station parking lot so don't expect best atmosphere.

Overall the place was "okay" considering it's in Taylor. Miles better than Bien Hoa Restaurant in Hutto. I will not be returning and rather drive into Austin or Pflugerville...

YOUR CARD WILL BE OVERCHARGED! The food is OK, nothing special. I had the steak pho both times. The steak had an odd gray color like it was boiled or microwaved and the broth was basically what you pour out of a container that you can buy from the grocery store. It tastes however you choose to flavor it. It is bad enough that it is already overpriced for what you get so it was really aggrevating when I realized that they ran my card for a higher amount than I was told as well both times. YOUR CARD WILL BE OVERCHARGED! I picked up an order twice and it happened twice. I doubt that it is coincidence that they accidentally made the exact same mistake 100% of the time that I have placed an order with them. Either they were having really bad luck for it to happen both...
