This store has the worst service! The worst attitutes! The worst training! No common sense! Because of past experiences at this location, I have literally not been here since well before the pandemic. It was probably 2018 when I last patronized this location because the service has been so terrible.
Today, 11/29/2023 (3:36 PM), I decided to try to give them a chance. I was optimistic that after 5 years or more, surely the service has improved. Sadly, that was not the case. I arrived and proceeded to the drive thru window since it was cold out. Besides, I was just there for 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches. A straight forward order, nothing complicated or overwhelming. Only one other car in line at the time, which was in front of me. A reasonably quick in&out is what I had my fingers crossed for... but no dice. It took awhile as usual. But I still had hope there would be no issues, again because my order was straight forward, simple... 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches.
Well, when it was my turn to pull up to the window, I did just that. No one was there. But I patiently waited and eventually an African American female (per my receipt, Host: Drive-thru 60069) showed up on the other side of the turnstile window. She said nothing, proceeded to push out my order bag, then reversed the turnstile back because (I'm assuming) she realized it had not been paid for yet. Then she walked away from the window. She still has not greeted me nor said a word to me. So I place my credit card under the metal coin holder on the turnstile and ensured that it made a "clank" sound to ensure she knew I placed my payment method on the turnstile so that she could initiate the transaction. She did come back, turned the turnstile to retrieve the card, stood at the window and made a motion which appeared that she swiped my card. Then this is where things get weird, she looked at me then stepped away from the window without giving me my card or order bag which was still sitting near the turnstile (I could see it). So I'm yelling out "Hello... Hello... Hello!" When she came back that's when she quickly placed my card and bag in the turnstile to push out to me. But before she did I proceeded to ask "did you just walk away with my card?". She IMMEDIATELY became irate saying "Didn't nobody walk off with your card!" along with many other choice words I will spare you, the reader of this review, from. But let's just say, she was irate about being questioned about walking away from the window with my card and attempting to convince me that she never walked out of my sight with my card. But if you're not in my sight's view that means you walked away. She then, while communicating in a irate tone, now with the microphone off (but I could still hear her), pushes the turnstile out with my bag and card saying something to the affect of "Ain't nobody trying to lose their job over...". I then grabbed my bag and card and said "I'm questioning why you walked away with my card". She continued to yell with the mic off. I then said, "I need my receipt", so she then (while standing at the window, I might add) printed out my receipt (Drive-thru receipt# 684), placed it in the turnstile and pushed it out to me. I grabbed the receipt to review it and ensure it was indeed my receipt, then she said "The receipt is correct! 2 chicken sandwiches". By that time, and I assume due to the commotion she was making, another employee, African American male wearing a plastic apron, walked up to the window next to her. She continued yelling, while he was trying to get her to calm down, so I said to him "I'm just trying to find out why she walked away from the window with my credit card". She then walked away from the window yelling, as he attempted to de-escalate her, and apologized to me several times for her behavior.

Read moreWelp before o forget, I usually dont do reviews but almost every time I go to this location because it’s close to my work and I also am a Taylor live person but each time the experience is absolutely horrible a young worker seeing nonchalant stand around. It’s just absolutely not. Good quality food not good quality service besides a few. I don’t know the guys names is Taylor, Tyler white male maybe supposed to be one of the managers very very unprofessional I work very close by, one of my coworkers said that he smelled like booze and it was very unprofessional and weed smell outside. It’s just. Always the worst I really think Hiring better managers, better working people want to work and maybe training people properly and actually judging based off of if they work well to the job right sometimes the line is too long. It needs workers and five of them staying around two outside on smoke breaks
But really really get some me as Ayn of the manager, Taylor or Tyler . C I don’t know his name smell like booze and sing be a little intoxicated while working is very unprofessional. The powerful quality comes out of here along with the service is just needs work. It’s always dirty. Disgusting in store. It’s something always doesn’t work the machine machine. Something is always down car machine. Something is always down and just seem to be very very professional and paid attention to what needs to be paid attention to. Also maybe checking on workers and seeing right thing because someone say to me that after worker stated that too and everything is closed and everything put but put away, but then go I can give you the rest of what I have for this amount or is that money going where it needs to go.

Read moreFor some reason, the doors are always locked in the store I go to at 7615 Telegraph Rd Taylor , Michigan 48180. It was still daylight (approx 7pm). There were some people (I assume employees) in there at a table by the window just relaxing during the dinner rush. SMH... So I had to wait for about a half hour ( it's always a long wait) in their snail-pace drive through. I finally reached the pick up window and was handed my order that I had to stretch (almost dropping it) to reach it. They did not slide it out as far as they should have. I waited there to check my orders completeness as I knew that I'd have no chance to report anything missing (as mentioned before...the doors were locked. ). ANYWAY ....I found that the large order of Cajun rice (@$5.99) was missing. I was finally (after some time) to get the drive thru person's attention. I mentioned the missing rice and the person responded " we don't have Cajun rice)...So...instead of them telling me this when I picked up the order, they we going to let me drive away after paying the $6 for the item I did no receive. I had to ask if I could get a replacement item as they were not going to be bothered to care. I chose another side. They provided it ( again having to stretch out of the window to reach it). I almost forgot to mention the 2 employees horsing around in their parking lot while we waited in the long drive thru. It's busy as heck and their manager let's this go on. Poorly managed store....historical lyrics. I truly hate going to this particular store but there are none very close to me.
