Windsor — Local services in Taylor

Let me preface with Im an awful shopper with zero style or ability to come up with a good outfit. I have an award dinner for work ‘business casual’. Walk in, terrified, anxiety hits hard as they come.

I see a team member, idk if I’m allowed to mention names but Chuntae, I ask her about a dress being business casual. I ask if she thinks there is something to go with it. She proceeded to walk me through the store, finding me AN ENTIRE OUTFIT that I actually feel comfortable in for a pretty reasonable price.

I was in and out in 12 mins. I can’t say enough how appreciative I am and how amazing my experience was. Thank you, Chuntae customer service really goes a long way....

What a GREAT experience I encountered with Kiarra (whom I assume is the store manager). She was such a pleasure to be around, she made my shopping experience so GREAT!! Kiarra literally gained a loyal customer out of me - I honestly would go to the store just to be around her, talking about AMAZING, WOW. customer service at its finest! She went above and beyond to ensure I left with not only what I was looking for but so much more - Windsor you all have a WINNER IN KIARRA!! The shopping experience was fine, but while I was alone in the dressing room, a man entered the dressing room. He did not enter a stall and talked and laughed loudly with his female companion and took pictures. I said "hey," nobody responded, and I feared for my safety so I stayed quiet and waited for an employee to remove them. I waited longer than I should have. They left eventually and when I walked out, there were no employees in sight. I don't know what happened here but I won't be coming back. I'm appalled a women's clothing retailer could leave its dressing rooms so...
