Absolutely loved all of the cool products they have to offer here. The first time I went I ended up getting a really cute sailor moon hoodie. It was modern and not in your face anime which is awesome for nerdy adults. The cross over items are cool too, my boyfriend ended up getting a naruto shirt x hello kitty. He absolutely loves it and wears it a lot! My only complaint would have to be size availability, I went with friends a couple weeks ago and unfortunately every item I liked was out of my size range and the same happened with my friend. Very glad to have a Box Lunch nearby, as they always have cool stuff (if not way too expensive for what it is) and I love that they give back to those who need it.

The staff is always friendly, but almost overly so. I wonder if it's a corporate mandate, but every time I go in there I can look forward to not relaxing but having to be stopped in my tracks just inside the door for what seems like 5 full minutes listening to whatever schpiel the employee is forced to spill about their sales, etc. and constantly asked what I'm looking for and do I need help finding it. I had such an amazing experience at BoxLunch thanks to Ashley and Bernadette! From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Ashley was super knowledgeable and made great recommendations, while Bernadette made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of the entire time. They both showed incredible patience, answered all my questions, and genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect items. I left with exactly what I was looking for—and more!
