BB Smoothies and Wraps — Restaurant in Taylor

This placed looked good from a distance but the customer service was completely horrible. I’ve told the worker that I did NOT want a smoothie and wanted lemonade with strawberry popping boba. She went ahead and gave me a strawberry smoothie with tapioca boba. I told the worker that took my order that I did not want a smoothie nor tapioca. She remade the smoothie but with strawberry popping boba but I then again, told her that I did not want a smoothie and asked if I could have a different drink with the same boba. The manager than came to talk to me and go on to yell that she is not giving me a refund when I did not ask for a refund I simply asked for a drink to be remade. i went there with my best friend and we ordered normal boba drinks and they gave us a smoothie after we told them that’s what we didn’t want, the lady literally should have just told us she had no more of the juice then when politely asked her for a different shake instead because they had a no refund policy she yelled at me and told me to leave and it wasn’t any refunds . so we basically wasted our money on nothing their customer service is very bad and disappointing don’t go...

Love the smoothies, pina colada and strawberry banana are my favorite. Raspberry boba tea is another good drink. They have the best wraps. My personal favorite is the chicken...
